She is veiled and wearing a crown; part of the neck of her gown is also visible. This head fits [CG 016](https://www.huntmuseum.com/explore/item/7a9dc09c-9b75-35ed-be86-42f13926e724/?s%3Divory+madonna&pos=3) (headless Madonna and Child), as does [MG 016](https://www.huntmuseum.com/explore/item/b15eda00-414b-3fd3-8247-b7abf42ea4a7/?s%3Divory+head&pos=3) (head of young Christ).
