13th-14th century cross-slab. Lower fragment of tapering limestone slab (dims. L 0.86m; Wth 0.28-0.40m), bearing an incised cross-shaft on steps, with three discs on the stem (Bradley et al. 1986, vol. 2, 104)
This stone is place at the base of KD)040-002024, but the size and style do not suggest they are part of the same stone. The H I initials may have been added at a later date.
