Asset Overview
This model shows Area B at Khirbat al-Jariya, before excavation. Thousands of years of collapse and windblown sediment have left only a sizable pile of stones and sediment. However, excavation in this area would eventually reveal a large, 7.5x7.5 m structure, where elites at the site would have controlled the production of copper at the site and dined from fineware ceramics.
