Asset Overview

A rendering of the Klein (Quartic?) Map using straight edges with minimal integer coordinates. The coordinates were provided by David McCooey at [DMcCooey.com](http://dmccooey.com/polyhedra/KleinMinInteger.html) where he provides additional statistics regarding this model. John Baez produced a beautiful rendering and explanation of the Klein Quartic, with curved edges. It can be seen at http://math.ucr.edu/home/baez/klein.html This model was generated with [vZome](http://vzome.com). This model is primarily a test to see if non-convex panels are correctly exported to dae format with vZome. Obviously they are not since the ghost tetrahedron shown her is not part of the actual model. The Collida dae export problem exists in both version 6 and 7 of vZome. Although version 6 renders non-convex panels correctly, neither version exports a usable sketchfab model because the polygon triangulation algorithm (currently) expects only convex polygons.
