**La Sarga Cave Paintings** / *Pinturas de la Sarga* ( Abrigo I ) were declared by UNESCO “World Heritage Site” in 1998.
The cave was not established as a settlement it was a sanctuary.
The paintings represent a Neolithic hunting scene, a harvesting scene and geometric figures.
* Date: 7000-5000 years old.
