Media: Brass made from scraps of metal, broken ornaments, silver and copper coins, and parts of motor cars. The
fragments are heated in earthenware bowls until molten, then cooled in clay troughs. For shaping, the material is
reheated and beaten with an iron bar. A design is then hammered onto the surface. The word “BIDA” tapped into the
object’s verso authenticates its origin.
