Mammuthus Metapodial (ETMNH 20225) from Saltville, VA. Locality SV10. This is a foot bone of a partial mammoth skeleton excavated in 2002-2003. Bones from this animal date to ~17,500 years ago. See Schubert and Wallace (2009) for details.
