So this is a mechanical arm I 3D printed for the Halloween of 2018. The bracers, upper arm, and pauldron will likely only fit me because it was custom designed, but it's a good place to start if you're interested in 3D printing the parts.

Printed each part separately, then sanded down to fit. Tolerance not included for the lower piston, print at 95% scaled in x and y directions, assuming you are printing the part vertically
Also, I had a significant amount of difficulty with the gears(nuts shaped like gears), fitting to the bracers/ upper arm, so I scaled them to 105% when printing. I suggest doing this, though if your printer has more precision than an Ender 3 on 0.1 mm layer height, feel free to try printing at 100%, though I'm not sure it'll have enough tolerance :)
Printed pauldron at 160% because 100% was too small for me
