Monument to the merchant's wife in 1871 (№1)

Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, city of Ishimbay. A slab from the grave of the Sterlitamak merchant wife Matryona Grigorievna Mikhailova (1803-1871), who died in 1871, was found in the foundation of an old wooden house. Obviously, in the 30s of the XX century, the gravestone was brought from the destroyed rural cemetery and used to found the first houses of the modern oil city of Ishimbay. The monument is evidence of the struggle against the Orthodox Church in the first decades of Soviet power in Russia. Россия, Республика Башкортостан, город Ишимбай. В фундаменте старого деревянного дома был найдена плита с могилы Стерлитамакской купчихи Матрены Григорьевны Михайловой (1803-1871), умершей в 1871 году.
