Asset Overview

Noadiah Granger was born 1778 and died Jan 2, 1844 (Aged 66 yrs). His wife Rachel Moulton Granger was born July 4, 1778 in Williamstown, Berkshire County Massachusetts, USA and died March 14, 1821 (Aged 42). Together they had 8 known children. Their Marriage record states they were married in 1779 (since they were born in 1778 this must be an error) It is presumed they were actually married in 1799, which would be consistent with the birth of their first child in 1800. Together they built and lived in "Granger House" on 30 Seminary St Castleton, VT 05735, which was acquired by Castleton University and has received a $500,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to fund the creation of a museum and learning laboratory. The project also includes renovating the historic home. Location: Hillside Cemetery, Castleton VT Captured on 11/14/2021 with Apple iPad Pro (11-inch) (3rd Gen) Using Photogrammetry Created with Polycam App
