7 large millstones set into the pavement at the junction of Northburgh Street and Great Sutton Street, Clerkenwell, London.
A sign attached to the adjacent wall reads: "These millstones were found during the excavation of the old foundations in early 1975."
They appear to be from a late 18th Century drug (medicine) factory at this location.
