Asset Overview
The Payne Mausoleum is located in Wath-upon-Dearne (South Yorkshire, UK), and was built by John Payne of Newhill Hall in 1834.
The mausoleum is of ashlar construction, with chamfered quoins and a stepped pyramidal roof. The building is surrounded by a low wall from which the iron railings have been removed.
