Asset Overview
A study of the plate pasteurizer was carried out and a 3D model of the pasteurizer was drawn by Howest Industrial Design Center during the Flemish heritage project "Duiken in de Machine". The pasteurizer belongs to the collection of De Oude Kaasmakerij (The Old Cheese Factory, museum) in Passchendaele. The results of the casestudy will eventually be used in a new exposition about food safety.
