Rathbeg - Rathcroghan Co. Roscommon

Rathbeg, is a ring barrow located to the NE of Rathcroghan Mound in County Roscommon, to the S of the N5 Road at 'Rathcroghan Cross Roads' Located on a high knoll it is a prominent barrow feature within the Rathcroghan Complex. A carin at the centre is surrounded by a pair of concentric banks with inner ditches cut on the preimeter of the knoll.
