Replica Late Woodland Ceramic Vessel (no Catalog #), a part of the Michigan State University Museum's Archaeology Teaching Collection. Cast by Arthur Graves, this pot is a recreation of a Late Woodland pot found in Feature 117 at the Bussinger Site (20SA194) in Michigan. In the past, ceramic pots were used for a number of tasks, including cooking, soaking materials, storage, serving food, ceremonial practices, and others. Dimensions: approximately 18cm L x 18cm W x 22cm H, weight= 1247.4g This 3D model was created by Jeff Painter using an Artec Space Spider and Artec Studio 14 Professional, in partnership with the MSU Digital Heritage Imaging and Innovation (DHI) Lab.
