There is a lot going on in the “Mission Makeover” mural by Lucia Tirso and Lucia Ippolito, with some very accurate and satirical statements. To the left you can see numerous coffee shops next to each other with lines out the door with hipsters and fixies abounding. On the right, is a more traditional Mission scene with local boys with pitbulls being arrested (please note the turned out pockets) by “Rentacops” (as their badges read).
