Smooth

In public performances, often low-budget independent musicians (using string instruments) on stage need to use some support to keep their instruments safe, close, and easy to use. As several places do not offer pedestals, to solve such problem, I developed the Smooth product. This product is a rest system for string musical instruments, designed to be lightweight, easy to assemble, portable and can be produced by anyone, with the fundamental basis of open source design. The name and format of the product were inspired by the style of Smooth Jazz music. Changes can be made to the project according to need and improvement, only being necessary the citation of the authors name and not being sold the project, but rather, always published for other people, in search of improving the community itself.
