Asset Overview
A small medieval font (DG101-004001-) with an unclear inscription is built into another modern wall. The inscription was read in the last century by Daniel O'Connor as MANUS COIVANI in the book St. Patrick's Purgatory, Lough Derg: its History, Traditions, Legends, Antiquities, Topography, and Scenic Surroundings, published in 1879.
