Asset Overview
A suicide wheel. Once released, it keeps going and fires it's scrap gun in the front every few intervals until it crashes or is knocked over, causing the reactor to overload and the entire vehicle to explode. The blade behind it is a sort of land-rudder, allowing it to be steered by someone unfortunate enough to end up on the back of one of these.
