The setting of this scene aims to strike the delicate balance between film and theater. It is inspired by an old film classic: a very atmospheric and stylized ‘The Fabulous Baron Munchausen’ (1961) by a Czechoslovakian director Karel Zeman.
Throughout his entire career, Karel Zeman always managed to master the way of setting up a unique and extraordinary mood in his movies. By using film props and applying primitive film effects in an unexpected way, he succeeded to bring the viewers in and make them feel as part of the scene. I’ve always admired his work!

Music that is playing is April Showers by Eddie Elkins' Orchestra (CC0), everything else in the scene was done in Blender.
