The Palenque ruins scans with iPhone12 Pro
In the inner sanctum of the Temple of the Cross at the Palenque ruins, one of the representative ruins of the Mayan civilization located in what is now the state of Chiapas in southern Mexico, there is a relief of a god smoking a cigar-shaped cigarette.
This relief, which is currently the oldest document on tobacco, suggests that tobacco was once a sacred plant associated with the gods.
