Many Japanese shrines use distinctive gates known as “Torii” to delineate between the secular world and the sacred space of the shrine precincts. They can vary in size from very small to multiple meters in height. They are also used as offering or devotional objects.
This pack contains 17 historical Japanese torii gate objects. Each torii is uniquely detailed. Also included are 10 separate nameboard objects listing common shrine types, as well as 2 small votive torii objects and 3 sacred “Shimenawa” rope drape options. Careful attention has been paid to edge modelling using bent normals to remove harsh edge transitions. This Torii pack is the perfect accessory to any scene needing a traditional Japanese flair.
Compatible with Unity 5.6.2 and higher, and includes physics colliders. Note: Currently only supports Unity's Standard Rendering pipeline.
