Stad 8 Siúlann an t-oilithreach soir ó Gharrai an Turais fríd an Abar Dubh. Ní mór a bheith cúramach anseo mar bíonn an talamh an-bhog. Station 8 The pilgrim can see a large boat-shaped rock on the left while continuing to walk eastwards, crossing over
a marshy area called An Abar Dubh. The ground here tends to be soft and water-logged, particularly early in the
season. The pilgrim should proceed with caution for 1km towards Stad 8. Cloch an Aonaigh (The Assembly Stone) is
a prominent station with a cairn and cross-pillar with a hole.
