This is a Game ready asset based on the Venus de Milo.
I made a retopo over a high poly 3d scanned model using Instant Meshes. The scanned model was made using Meshroom to create a photogrammetry model based on a little statue I have in my house . Then I fixed the topology using Blender 2.9 and optimized the model using modificators.
I exported the low poly version to Substance Painter and bake the PBR maps. Finally I created the textures from scratch.
