Golden Sun Wellness & Spa asset pack includes a 3D wellness complex that comes with a modular building, 5 pools and over 100 game-ready props. The building has 2 main floors, 1 entrance hall, 4 balconies, 5 swimming pools, 1 bar with rest area, toilets and changing rooms.

102 game-ready models (separate FBX files) are included in this pack: umbrellas, tables, sunbeds, lockers, toilets, chairs, bar elements, plants, signs and others.

This Wellness Complex is modular, you can design your own with the provided constructive elements (FBX files), such as walls, floors, stairs, glass walls, glass fences, metal panels, columns and others.

The complete scene shown in the video is included in this pack and it can be used as a starting point in your games and 3D projects! To ensure the same setting as the ones in the video, please uise the provided Post Processing files and Sky boxes.

The swimming pool water is NOT included in this pack, but you can quickly add it from Unity Standard Assets, the name of the assets is Water 4.

The side panels and posters use images from free image sources (www.unsplash.com) and the Sun Wellness & Spa logo is our original design.

Note: Level performance is a little lower than expected, due to rendering in Realtime without any baking in Unity Engine. Improving the quality with baking is up to you.
