Catalog Number: YPM ANT.248953 Description: 'Pa-wik-hoya' duck effigy bowl with flat rim and flat base; stone polished interior and exterior. White paste. Decoration: black mouth, nostrils, chest, and wing design, painted by Triva Burton. Length at maximum point 5 1/8' (13cm); Width across body bowl exterior 3' (7.7cm); rim wall 3/16' (.57cm); capacity 4 tablespoons of sugar. Made by Alice James and a friend in an electric kiln. Signed 'A. James'. Wyckoff #76. Purpose of manufacture: gift; bought by Lydia Wyckoff for Yale, 13 June, 1980 - ; $10.00.
