An-225 "Mriya" (Ukrainian. Dream: "Dream", NATO reporting: Cossack "Cossack") is a Soviet transport jet aircraft, the extra-large capacity developed by OKB im. O. K. Antonov. Is the largest aircraft in the world.
The aircraft was designed and built in the Soviet Union at the Kiev mechanical plant (project Manager — V. I. Tolmachev) in the years 1984-1988. The first flight took place on 21 December 1988. I put in two cars, currently one instance is in flying condition and operated by Ukrainian company Antonov Airlines.
