An-24 (NATO reporting: Coke — "coke") is a turboprop passenger aircraft for lines of short and medium range. Range: 2000 km cruise speed: 450 km/h Maximum takeoff weight: 21 tons Equipped with two turboprop engines AI-24 2nd series, AI-24T (Ivchenko) with a propeller AV-72, AV-72T pitch. An-24 was produced from 1959 to 1979. It was released over 1200 of these aircraft 101[1] are exploited. From the beginning of 1960-ies and up to the present time remains a major aircraft, flying on local airlines in Russia and CIS countries.
