Modelled in 3dsMax mostly in quads and tessellates nicely for higher quality reflections (the red one in the scene for an example of that). Shading does not completely rely on normal maps, looks good without. Normal maps are DirectX. Surface maps baked in Substance Painter. Textures are in 2048x2048.
