Vehicle of choice for Hawkins' finest! Original asset created by Archie Cuntingham - [Caprice Police blue version](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=897101653). Used with permission by the author. I modified his textures/UV maps a bit to give more fidelity to the Hawkins logo and gave it a darker blue livery.
