Asset Overview
(Inspired by Shaun Mooney)
Formerly known as Mr Tonk, the Blusterwich tank was made in the Joint Systems Manufacturing Centre based in Lima, Ohio, during 1942 with the intention of light armour and nimble treads for quick ground coverage. Even though the military variant came armed with an M5 cannon, the specialist anti-tank rounds with a combination of high manoeuvrability made quick work of dispatching enemy tanks. Although the tank would be discontinued for military service during the conclusion of WW2 in 1945, 7000 units were made for combat, with only 50 being produced for military storage. The name Mr Tonk came from the resemblance of size compared to the war memorial tank based in Saviano NA, Italy. As of 2022, Plans for the restoration of Mr tonk for future usage are to include a remote-controlled cockpit that allows safe usage of the tank, as well as a rocket-propelled launcher that fires a barrage of up to 14 rockets before automatic reload.
