Although it doesnt have many polys, it was not made with low poly techniques, you could optimize it if you need.
It's designed to be seen only by the front. It's not hulled, but it's not modeled neither.
All interior parts are detachable, you could rearrange it as needed.
Courtains are cloth sim, keyframed.
