Asset Overview
This is a diorama of a famous maneuver made by Oracle Team USA to overtake Emirates Team New Zealand during the 34th America’s Cup sailing race. The diorama is located at the Mariners Museum in Newport News, Virginia. Read more here: https://blog.marinersmuseum.org/tag/diorama/ This 3D model was constructed from hundreds of photos taken with an iPhone 13 Pro Max and constructed with photogrammetry performed by Polycam. The diorama is under glass and Polycam did a great job accommodating reflections.
