The title is pretty self-explanatory. I speculate this was someone's favorite toy at some point. Now, it's just laying in their storage gathering dust.
The model is under 5000 faces, and was intended to be used as a prop in a game or in a scene. I created and UV the model in Maya and brought them into Blender to sculpt extra detail and to bake the normals.
Texturing on the other hand was a blast. It was done in Substance Painter
