Surface scan of the skull of a young bull African Forest Elephant from the D’Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum at the University of Dundee. African Forest elephant - Loxodonta cyclotis - skull of a young bull. DUNUC 1971. Width=72cm. Scanned with an Artec Eva surface scanner. The resulting file is exported as an obj. and imported into Zbrush. The texture is captured during the scanning process and converted to Polypaint in Zbrush.
