Avali 1.3 optimized for VRChat on PC

Credit for the base model goes to FlowerBunny, Snerfoil, Kristaph, Dashi, and possibly more people. The model has been changed in these ways: * All materials have been merged into one, including textures and UVs. This improves performance significantly compared to the original 1.3 model which had 17 materials * The material type has been changed to be a Quest-compatible material, but it still looks good on PC. As such, all shader files available in the Avali Army 1.3 model has been removed.
