Asset Overview
This is a dog molar tooth. The model was scanned using a micro-CT scanner at a resolution of 27 micrometres. The model was created with bespoke software (Bruker, Kontick, Belgium) and cleaned/smoothed using Meshlab. This model was created with support from a University of Melbourne Learning and Teaching Initiatives grant. The tooth is an item in the Melbourne Dental School collection.
