Created from Blender, this model is the final project of an animation design class. Starting from an accident of inversing a cylinder, extruding one vertical side of a UV sphere, duplicating cylinders over and over, expanding the size of cubes, and using an ico sphere, I created a character that is very reminiscent of an existing character in popular media.
Designing the model took approximately two weeks, for about ten hours of planning and designing. While I already had the idea of the model by rough sketches, intricate details were significantly difficult for me; though, throughout the process of designing what I already had an idea of, I simultaneously sketched the body parts to keep up with what I did for the model.
Overall, it is one of the most satisfying creation during my time in class here, perhaps even the most satisfying creation due to the time provided for me to use for the model. Very happy to have made this model because of what it represents to me.
