Asset Overview
A fossilized shark vertebrae (species unknown) on display at the Natural History Society of Maryland. This specimen dates from approximately 26 to 13 million years ago during the Miocene Period. It was collected by the Natural History Society at Calvert Cliffs in Calvert County, Maryland.
