Or at least, my attempt at hand topology, there's definitely room for improvement, but it looks reasonably good. Enable wireframe in viewport to see the topology clearer, I left it disabled so it's easy to see the shape on the subdivided hand. The subdivision modifier is enabled but not applied in the blend file.
If you attach it to a character, no need to credit me, I consider it CC0. I've also got a foot you can use, if needed.
