Hawksbill sea turtles (*Eretmochelys imbricata*) mainly live is tropical regions of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans but have been reported as far north as Woods Hole, Massachusetts and the Long Island Sound. They feed primarily on sponges and are believed to live between 30-50 years in the wild.
