This bone was scanned in high resolution with a Faro Arm and processed in Geomagic Studio. To make this object easily viewable on the web we reduced the resolution and used a technique called Normal Maps. High resolution mesh is 2million triangles, real length is 71mm.
Documentation was done as part of a collaborative project between the Muséum national d’histoire naturelle, Paris, France and Global Digital Heritage, St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.
