This is a Hand Painted Low Poly Hammer based on the hammer from the League of Legends character Poppy.
I hand painted the hammer in Adobe Photoshop. The .psd is added so you can download it if you are interested in modifying whatever you want. The model is composed about 592 Tris, 345 Verts, 318 Faces.
