Paladin's Book of Trickery

Our paladin was lead on a dangerous quest, during which he faced challenge after challenge. He traveled around the realm, in search of the Book of Power. When he finally reached the sacred tomb of Borin, he saw the book. His arrival was awaited in his village, where a celebration was held in his honor. With this book, he could finally defeat the dragon, Drukkan, that had been tormenting the entire realm for centuries. Drukkan came the month after the Paladin's return. The Paladin opened the book, looking for knowledge on defeating the dragon, but looked up confused. The book had no words, and it had no power. It was the Book of Trickery, not the Book of Power. The whole village was wiped out by Drukkan. After the massacre, the Book of Trickery was then magically spawned again, this time in the tomb of the Paladin.
