I went to a photogrammetry workshop a little while back, and thought I would give it another go. I used Agisoft Metashape standard and a pretty crappy DSLR for taking the photos. After generating the pointcloud, mesh and textures in this software, I did a rough retopo in Zbrush (basically just remeshed it), also did the UVmap in Zbrush and then baked the diffuse texture from the initial photogrammetry mesh down to the lowpoly UV mapped mesh.
