I tried doing a full body gnome in blender by sculpting. I created a high poly mesh, retopolyged it for optimisation, UV unwraped and baked a normal map into the retopolgized mesh. After that, I paited the skin texture on top And rigged the character.
I moddeled and textured him with blender
P.S. the normal map is bugged in the sketchfab, In blender there is no problem with it
