Seran (DECIMATE)

Some people are born with a desire in their hearts: a dream that haunts them through childhood into their adult life. Seran is one such person. For all his life he dreampt of being free. With no one telling him what to do, he wanted to run wild and let loose a power that no one knew he had. When that power manifested itself as the Hands of God, he did exactly that. Seran is the first boss of Decimate, the captain of the Pyre division of the Enforcer Corps., and an incredibly dangerous individual. As one who takes pleasure in killing and combat, he was perfect for the role of quashing any escaped lab rats who ran out into the slums of Neptune. Elahni, the protagonist of Decimate, was no different in his eyes. But when they clashed, so too did their ideals of what freedom truly meant.
