This is the worst fictional character I have ever personally seen in my life. He was played, oddly enough, by Sam Neill. Joao Havalange, from the awful 2014 movie *United Passions* is based on the real life man who was the CEO of FIFA (First International Football Association), and has zero personality, zero charisma, and likely will have zero likes on this model.
