Time of Hei (罗小黑战记)

I've wanted to make this model for a long time! Back in 2020 during the pandemic I watched this animated film called "The Legend of Hei", which was of extraordinary quality (studio ghibli level). I looked more into this series and found that it had youtube episodes, which were very light hearted and action packed like the movie.
