Tortoise belongs to semi aquatic, semi terrestrial reptiles. It mainly inhabits rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ponds and other waters. In the daytime, they are mostly trapped in the water. When the summer is hot, they are looking for shade in groups. Mild temperament, no bite between each other. It is mainly distributed in Japan, North Korea, Korea, East Timor, Indonesia (smaller island of Sanda), Palau and China.
